Great place to workout. Unlike other gyms they dont judge you here. You do best you can and keep trying to improve.
So glad I dropped in! I was able to do the open 19.4 there and had a great experience! The athletes were friendly and welcoming and the coaching was great! The coach took time to help me work on my kipping and I really appreciate it!! Can't wait to go back!
