Beyond disappointed with the communication from this epoxy flooring company. They provided an estimate, which I accepted, and then simply disappeared its been over a month and I haven't heard a single word back, nor have they responded to my inquiries. This lack of professionalism has significantly delayed my project. Do not recommend if you value clear communication and reliability.
Was happy with the metallic floor when it was complete but after a few years, it had major discoloration (yellowing). I reached out several times to discuss options including phone calls, texts and completing a request on the website. There was no response to my attempts. Finally found another company to help. Be careful.
Not very impressed with the job they did, they left after the job was done and the floor was so sharp with the flakes I couldn’t walk on the floor with socks because it was tearing my socks up. Had them come back out hopefully to grind down the jagged edges, instead they just did another coating and now my garage is an ice rink if it’s even slightly humid out, there’s a lip in my garage that they obviously didn’t spend time to coat again or sand down because if I bump my foot into it when I’m walking without shoes I cut my f... read more
