F that customer service worst car wash
Come here for a huge waste of time half the time the machines don't even work
Just went through the car wash Bev it’s on my way home and I was afraid it was going to fall apart and damage my newly purchased vehicle. Water came out and something clear, but there was absolutely no soap, undercarriage wash, or anything else before the dryer turned on - and I paid for the top-tier wash package! My car looks only slightly less dirty than it did going in. Not risking it again to go there and until they fully remodel this dump, you should avoid it too. Went there on January 26th 2025 paid for my car wash (15$) the door never opened the sign was on that is was open but never got my wash… I always go to this car wash bc it is a good wash anywho I had to go wait in line at the damn moo moos and pay 12$ for their wash been callin buckeye for my refund and still haven’t heard anything… I just want my money back… UPDATE:: Buckeye finally reached out to me March 13th 2025 and I got my money back….
They've made some upgrades and I am glad that they did. Makes it easier to pay for and get my car washed.
