This guy took a full payment of 26500$ then took 4.5 month from the full payment. The day he dropped the boiler he saw we had 2 furnaces. He kept the money all those months. Then when we asked American Express to take back the money he started sowing up. First said to was a week. Then took 3 more weeks. I hate to say this about anybody’s business go back in August of this year I received an estimate from this company to install a new outdoor wood burner boiler system. They charged me $26,500 upfront which I thought was interesting but I paid it and then never heard from them again for months and months I had to finally ask American Express to take the money back and then they called saying that they would be happy to do the job they came out and did the job and then today on February 5 they want me to pay 3500 more dollars ... read more
Was told Thermopex could only be delivered not picked up and would be contacted when ready. The call never came, even after several inquires....had to go to a heatmaster dealer.
