We just took the dogs there this afternoon. The guys were very kind.
My dog was there for a few days. He came back with a broken harness and a piece missing. They sent him out to me without it and other people were in the lobby so while he was freaking out to be reunited with me I had no way to keep him off the other customers. I sent a bone with him to chew and we didn’t get that back. He also smelled absolutely horrible. I gave two stars bc at least the people were friendly.
I’m definitely disappointed after our dogs stay here. I really loved the idea of a family run company, however we can definitely saw we will not be taking our dogs back for boarding. Both dogs came back with severe allergies and even caused one to have an infection in their paw due to excessive licking. We spent as much in boarding as we had to in vet bills after our stay.
