They take advantage of people and sell you a warranty you can't use. Horrible customer service. Save your money and time and purchase elsewhere. A formal complaint with the Attorney General has veen filed against them.
Don’t buy a car from here. I recently bought one in December of 2024 nd it’s May, 2025 nd the transfer are took a crap. The warranty they talk up (Wynns warranty) no one will take bc how bad they are. After the 4th shop I called an actual dealer nd they diagnose the car. Which was 200 out of pocket… then confirmed the issue is the transfer case. They call the warranty nd they don’t cover it 🤬 there quoting the repair at 6k… out of pocket… PLEASE do NOT go here unless u got deep pockets
The people were nice and helpful but you could see where they tried to replace a headlight bulb but didn't, work meaning it's probably electrical. Already had to replace battery terminals, a coolant leak, four tires that were bald(that's on me for not checking) thermostat and a throttle body. Just frustrating. You expect to put money into a car but not right after you get it. Then I read reviews of the Wynn warranty they sell and they have terrible reviews.
