I had a wonderful experience with this company. When the man (Scott Soter) came to install my liftgate window he saw something I had missed, the door was dented inward and would not allow a proper seal. He could have installed it and tried to hide the problem buy using more adhesive in that spot but instead demonstrated his high level of integrity and honesty. I had Buckeye Auto Glass replace my windshield 2 years ago. My car started to rust around the windshield after about a year. I called Bill the "owner" at buckeye auto glass and he told me it was not his problem. I had to take my car to a collision repair facility and have the rust fixed and a new windshield(from safelite) installed. Great company if you want to spend $850 to fix the damages they cause.

I recently called Buckeye Auto glass to replace a window in my 12 year old Pontiac. Not only did they have the glass, but scheduled installation the very next day at my home. The installer was prompt, courteous, and went right to work on the window. In less than an hour, despite the inclement weather, I was back in business.
