I didn’t end up booking with them for the remediation (was mostly our fault for taking too long to make a decision), but we had a good experience with the inspection. They were thorough, answered my non stop questions, and empathetic about a stressful situation. Their recommendations for remediation were equally thorough. The only problem is that they are busy and hazardous mold is not something I want to wait around to get rid of.
Upon a diagnosis of high levels of mycotoxins, my doctor recommended that I have my house assessed by Buckeye Advanced Remediation. Brandon conducted a thorough evaluation and educated me along the way. He was very honest, trustworthy, timely with the subsequent report, and made himself available to answer all of my follow-up questions. Brandon is truly a wonderful person who cares about the individuals he serves! They do not come any better!
Work was done well, when promised, at quoted price. Worker polite, cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this company.
