Excellent service and communication!
In 2024, they missed a MAJOR problem under our kitchen sink. He identified that we had an issue and literally said that 90% of kitchen sinks in America look like that underneath. Instead of addressing the seriousness, he told us how to self remediate with anti-mold paint and instructed me on how to cut and place a hepa filter from Amazon over the vent that comes out from under the kitchen sink so as to mitigate the issue from contaminating the rest of the house. I would highly recommend Buckeye. The entire staff we interacted with was amazing. Brandon came out to assess our issue and thoroughly explained what his technicians would be doing he was amazing. Scheduling was easy, and they confirmed my appointment the day before. Anthony and Marcus were our technicians—two fine young men. The entire team was very professional and clearly took pride in their work. They also made sure the work area was left spotless when the job was completed.
