We make some of the best tasting burgers around. Each patty is weighed 1/2 pound and hand pressed before they are grilled. Mouth-watering in every bite. Our "Sky-scrapin' Fans" often double up on the burgers and load up on their favorite toppings. Try it once and you'll come back when hunger hits again. We always have something for everyone. Our menu is huge! Dieter's, Kids, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Come in for our fabulous Deep Fried Halibut or juicy Certified Angus Beef steaks. Yumm.....

Great place to eat before hitting the road to Anchorage also a great place for hockey boys dinning!
I loved the food, but the service was not good. She was really nice to the people next to us, but was not nice to us. We felt like the waitress was in a hurry to get us out of there. She didnt even smile. So customer service needs to improve here.
Food was okay, had the 8 oz. halibut bites. Only issue was the 'market price'- $24 for fish only! I asked for bottled root beer (I was driving) as per menu, but got fountain variety. Tasted a bit off, perhaps the syrup mix was off or could be the chlorinated city water used for the ice. Arrived at 2:00 Sunday afternoon, fairly busy, but not overwhelming, and it took 5 minutes or so just to get a glass of water. So, aside from tourist season prices, it was so-so.
Food was okay but slow. Don't be in a hurry if you choose to eat here.
Wings and halibut are always made with perfection. I've been here during busy and slow times. If it's busy expect a small wait because they rarely ever have more than two people on the floor. Those two people are waiters or waitresses at every table. So 20 people each when it's packed. The food is always amazing and if it's not tell them. They'll remake it. Honestly love it!! Wish it was a chain!!
First visit to Alaska and last to Buckets. Wait staff good. Atmosphere the same. Food will leave you wondering why you came. We order the prime rib tips. Now I sell meat for a living so I understand Prime means fat as fat = flavor but when you can't chew or swallow a single piece that is something less than prime. We did not ask the waitress to send someone to the table but she did anyway. The man that arrived could only defend the piece of meat and the meal. He told us it was Prime Rib about 4 times. Never once introduced h... read more
First time I had ever been there, great choices on the menu! I'm big on deep fried halibut, and always nervous if it will be cooked right.... it was the bomb! Loved it! My friend that I was with that suggested going here loves the wY the broccoli is cooked ;) Will be back! Service was great as well ;)
So I got the buckets at 9:20 this morning. My son and his family got here at about 9:30. We were going to go out for Father's Day breakfast before he had go to work I admit it got busy not too long after we all got drinks. However it took 25 minutes to get our order in. Now it is 10:35 in the morning and still haven't gotten our food. Not a very pleasant experience, especially with children waiting to eat. It will be a long time before I come back here. Food finally arrived at 10:40 AM. 80 minutes from the time I got in here... read more
