Purchased a Merc from them 2 yrs ago as a certified pre-owned. Calling to get the service history, was told they had the record but couldn't send to me as it had previous owner's details. How else could you get the service history as the second owner then? Rang up the Merc centre in Melbourne Airport and had full service history sent to me in 1 minute with buckby service record and no previous owner info. Completely careless stealership!
Shocking
Disappointed in Buckby motors. Rang to find out if they had a part for my 20 year old Mercedes They had the part so I said when can you fit it . They then said oh we don't service Mercedes older than 10 years . Not that's discrimination in my opinion .
