We went in today, I had my mask off, as I have multiple chronic health issues. (Nothing contagious) I typically wear it in a store, but this time I didn’t. Hi, I'm sorry you had a bad experience in our store, however none of my coworkers or myself recall this story. Definitely not a company that mocks the disabled. We have several signs at the entryway that state face coverings are required, and we take masks very seriously. Have a nice evening!
RecommendedWe were in Gatlinburg for a short getaway and my daughters were so excited to find Stranger Things items at this store! When we had left town and opened item we found a broken and missing piece. We contacted them and they were quick to fix situation from a state away. We will definitely go back as this store really values customers and their experience. Great selection and staff in the store!

Most awesome store in downtown Gatlinburg!! Hands down. My wife and I went in looking for very different items, and the owner AND her daughter went out of their way to be as helpful as possible! Even engaged in some really great conversation. Store owners are Big ‘Alabama’ fans and I myself am a Clemson fan that gives them TWO BIG 👍👍!!! To the owners: “Roll Tide” 🤷🏼♂️
My family’s favorite store in Gatlinburg. They have just about every nostalgic item you need. Plus, all the fun niche items if today.
My sister was visiting Gatlinburg and lost a small wallet with her license, debit card and some cash. A few days after she returned home, her wallet and all of its contents appeared in her mailbox, courtesy of Buckboard Too. My sister (and our family) are so very grateful for the kindness demonstrated by the person who located and returned her lost items.
