Took my Chevy Volt in for EGR problem on February 28. Got it back today, November 30th. Chevy refused to give me a loaner for seven months. They let the 12 volt battery run down in the shop and tried to get me to pay $300 for a new one. Gave me my car back dirty and with a dead battery in the keyfob, leaving me stranded at my first stop (luckily it was an Office Depot that sold batteries for the keybob). I love my Volt.
