This was my first car service appointment here, and unfortunately it was disappointing. I booked well in advance and requested an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. I was told the tires couldn’t be rotated because the tread was “higher in the back,” but the explanation didn’t add up. I told the service advisor that I wanted the GPS behind the dashboard, he mentioned that below the center console would conceal it better, there was another issue with shift park sensor which I needed fixed and they fixed that part after having to wait on it to come from Dallas, after a week of total wait time, I check and the GPS is screwed visibly through the center console bottom mat, I can’t lift the GPS nor the mat, they damaged the bottom of the center console by making the hole visible in the pictures.
