I told the service advisor that I wanted the GPS behind the dashboard, he mentioned that below the center console would conceal it better, there was another issue with shift park sensor which I needed fixed and they fixed that part after having to wait on it to come from Dallas, after a week of total wait time, I check and the GPS is screwed visibly through the center console bottom mat, I can’t lift the GPS nor the mat, they damaged the bottom of the center console by making the hole visible in the pictures. Great service. Fast and friendly
One service provider is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. The second to last I believe service provider is awesome(heavy set bald guy with a beard). He's been nice the few times I have dealt with him and will forever go to him when I bring vehicles in on my wrecker. He's kind, doesn't fret when I say "hey I don't have all the info, here's what I do know and customer information" and gives me no problems. If he can't help? He takes me to someone he knows who can! Mr Perry at the service department is the best! He knew exactly what i was needing, I'm super happy with the result. And the technician Kevin made it seem so easy. I highly recommend to all.
