Shopping here reminded me of what SR was like growing up, just a locally owned shop with a friendly honest person behind the counter. I recently had my fireplace fixed up and I needed a new insert. As professionals go Patrick was at the top of the list knowledgeable and kind. I am a chimney professional and have been behind there installations and they have always done above and beyond which I can't say for every companies installations out there. I have a big respect for the way they do their work and the type of fireplaces, gas stoves and equiptment they sell is maintenance friendly which means less cost over time for the customer.
