I agree with the other negative reviews from other sites. This is obviously a "hobby turned to business" which explains the lack of customer service experience. I am not the only one that noticed the owners poor attitude towards customers. He is not interested in helping customers with anything outside of buying his merchandise. Take your repair questions somewhere else.
Great Place This place is great, this is tough time of the year because archery season is coming up but they still do a great job. Just allow for some extra time. They know what they are doing and take the time to do it right. Just bought a new Hoyt here and couldn't be happier. The big box stores are great for some things but for fine archery equipment and expert advise go to Buck Stop. Thanks guys.
