Arrived at business needing rotors and pads replaced. The workers were shuffling around like they had lead in their boots. Said they couldn’t check my rotors cause that would require a lot and would take a while 😳🙄. There was not another car there to be worked on. They were standing around twiddling their thumbs. Needless to say, they acted like they didn’t want my business and they didn’t get it and never will!!!
Had a great experience with these guys. I caught a nail in my rear passenger tire on 65 North and tried two other shops before I got sent here to Buck Shot. He was super friendly and had the tire I needed. Got me in and out in about 30 minutes. He even helped me load our luggage back after replacing the spare! Check these guys out for your tire needs. 10/10
Extremely hit and miss on service experience. Can be extremely unpleasant to deal with. This is not an uncommon assessment from what I have heard from others in the area.
