He remained until the problem was fixed, demonstrating both determination and professionalism. Nice delivered excellent service and maneuvered through our home effortlessly—even with our small children playing around. We genuinely valued his understanding and skill
They have been fine. There isn't anything that I can recall that they can improve upon.
They provide our biannual checkups. They typically arrive in early summer and again in early winter to perform the same task. They are the ones who put in our furnace, but that was likely six or seven years ago. I would argue they are quite aggressive with their pricing
My air conditioner's problem was promptly resolved by the punctual expert. I'm quite pleased with the service and will give them another call.
