A masterpiece in incompetence and an embarrassment to dentistry. A totally unacceptable experience wrought in patient blame (after I followed all after care), unprofessionalism, miscommunication, lack of skill and oversight that caused pain and anxiety and much gas money. And also dismissal of my concerns for the cause of issues (excuses).

Over 6k for dentures for my elderly mother while my dentist only charges 2k. Now talk about taking advantage of the older people! Disgusting! Evil!
After a couple of years and thousands of dollars being spent with Dr Buck I was refused service due to a review that was posted by someone that was affiliated with me (not me) and I was told I could not be seen again I suffered for 2 years in pain with four teeth with holes in them and finally I've been able to get them removed and dentures with another dentist. I would not recommend Dr.Buck's clinic to anybody she only cares about the money and she will never believe that a person doesn't doesn't spend their life on Faceboo... read more
I just love the staff at Northern Trails Dental Care. They’re all amazing. Wonderful experience with Connie and all my questions, and Stacy is an absolute Gem! Katie from my last appointment, hard worker, very genuine and caring. Carilyn is wonderful, always a warm welcome and down to earth. Everyone there is great!
