Rented equipment from here and lost money on the job due to charges they never mentioned. surcharge that occured after the rental was picked up. Would have loved to have it added to the job instead of my pocket will not be doing business with this company again.
Tried to purchase parts from this company just yesterday. They asked me who i was purchasing these parts for ( like its any of their business) but i told them anyways. The salesman said he would call me back later but 24 hours later no call back. I had one of my parts sources to try and rech them and they were very rude to her. Dont worry she will be on here to share her story.
This company is claiming and selling buckets built to OEM specs that are only partially correct. The Aim bucket will not work with a OEM thumb for the same machine without conflict.
