I have been with Buck for about 15 years. I chose them initially because when I called, someone answered thre phone immediately. Now when I call, I can't get a human, only an irritating menu which does not incliude a person. I left my message and phone number but no return call was received. I will be changing agents after this.
Frustrating experience. Email their team and after 5 attempts you still don't get a response. Even a simple, polite request to cancel a policy. They're the agency that sells you then forgets you.
Do not work with this company, specifically Teresa Glock. Was a long time customer, but when it came time to deal with them, I can't say one good thing about the experience when moving and needing to change insurance. Non-responsive, non-caring, and after I finally thought everything was over with them, I still had the old insurance that they failed to cancel.
