Outstanding place for kids. Staff is great and the attention to detail is on point. They didn’t rush treatment at all. Always answered questions both as parents and when my kiddo had them as well. Super friendly staff who explain every step. Will absolutely take my 2nd kiddo here when he is ready in a year. No complaints at all. Final results looked good.
We had such a great experience at Buchwald Orthodontics. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and it was extremely easy to get an appointment and get everything scheduled. The whole process was simple and stress-free. Plus, it’s always fun getting to see Dr. Buchwald’s pups when they’re at the office! 🐶 They’re such a fun bonus to an already great experience. Highly recommend Buchwald Orthodontics!
We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! My son completed his first phase of treatment last year, and today is my daughter’s big day, she’s getting her braces off! 🎉 it’s been exciting seeing both of my kids progress and were happy with the results. 18 months ago, I shopped around several orthodontic offices in Prosper before choosing Dr. Buchwald and his team for both of my daughters. As a mom of three, yes, price matters —but so do professionalism, patience, and the people we would be trusting for the next couple of years.
