We would never take our cars anywhere else. My wife and I have been going to Buchtel Motors for many years. They have always gone well beyond the call of duty to treat us fairly and professionally. We would never take our cars anywhere else.
Love this place I bought a 1989 Dodge pickup to use as a snowplow truck and they went through it and got it into tip top shape; only needed a fuel pump. they helped arrange to get the plow on it and it runs great! Good value and polite service they also service my 2000 Grand Cherokee and have always been top notch with anything. There was a weird problem with the starting and they fixed it right the first time! They are the best!! My 22 year old daughter goes there for her 93 Subaru and she loves them too !
RIP OFF THIEF DON'T GO HERE This mechanic is a thief. I know my way around a vehicle but often don't want to hassle with the more time intensive work. I knew it was recommended to replace the timing belt on my car since it was high mileage. The original estimate was in line with other shops. He did the work, took 3 extra days to complete it then he originally said and charged me an extra $200 for unforeseen excess of labor!!!!! He wouldn't release the vehicle until I paid in full. Never take your car to this guy! Buchtel has been working on my car 2 years. In the first year they put in a new radiator and 3 water pumps? This year he put in another radiator. Less than 2 years? The last time my car was in I asked him to please check the block to see if it was cracked as the car continued to overheat after the 2nd radiator. He said it was not cracked. Wouldn't Recommend Well I can't say I would go back to them again. Both my husband and myself have used them before and were satisfied. This time..... I just don't think Mike did his business justice by the price we had to pay. Please in this economy, fair is fair and I don't think what we had to pay was fair.
