Buchtel & Associates are very helpful, professional, and kind. Scott Buchtel responds quickly and explains issues thoroughly. Been with them 2 1/2 years and have no plans to go elsewhere for my renter's insurance.

Scott is unlike any insurance broker I've ever met. Or seen depicted on TV for that matter. The guy is full of life and chose his profession rather than feeling anchored to it . t here's the business part. Very transparent and gives you quite the consultative explanation of any concepts you don't understand Beyond that in through the course of our hour-long meeting he also made me aware of something I did not know that would have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in another aspect of my business.
