Only giving Lone Pine Appraisal 1 star but actually would have been zero. We were in the process of refinancing our lake home. We were on a definite time frame to keep our loan lock, and the lender had a pool of appraisers to choose from. It was determined through the lender we would have Lone Pine Appraisal AGAIN. The last contact we had with this company was when we built our home (2009). At that time her appraisal had the wrong lot and parcel number and NO view of the lake. Valerie with Lone Pine Appraisals just completed an appraisal for us, she showed up 30 minutes late, and did not follow COVID protocols. She rushed through the appraisal, did not get any of the sizes of our outside buildings correct and did not account for any of the improvements made to the property over the past year.
