Great experience calling Bucholtz Heating and Cooling. Had installed our furnace back in 2018. Called as I was having issues. James was completely honest with me that the distance with me being in Guelph would be added expense but happy to walk me through some troubleshooting to get an idea where problem might lay. After doing some diagnostics the furnace was up and running again. *the* reason why we opted to go with Bucholtz is that the owner spoke directly to me to address my questions rather than merely acknowledging my husband when he first came to inspect our furnace / AC needs. Because he did this, it was safe to assume a whole level of technical and professional awareness that made us comfortable going with him.
