Great experience calling Bucholtz Heating and Cooling. Had installed our furnace back in 2018. Called as I was having issues. James was completely honest with me that the distance with me being in Guelph would be added expense but happy to walk me through some troubleshooting to get an idea where problem might lay. After doing some diagnostics the furnace was up and running again.
