I bought a sort of concentrated kombucha tincture at the New Farms Market on Sunday. One for allergy, tasted spicy, one for immunity, tasted sweet. And they helped greatly reduced with my sinus flareup.
I’ve been drinking the “mushroom” drink since I was a child back in the late 90’s. My uncle used it to help with all sorts of things and us kids LOVED it. So when it become popular and easy to get I was excited and then a little disappointed. But this one is the closest to that traditional Kombucha flavour so far. The best Kombucha around, one of the few without artificial sweeteners. Unfortunately they use cans and all cans are internally lined with plastic. Not sure why they don’t use glass like everyone else.
Simply delicious, warm notes of ginger really hit the spot.
