Terrible to the greatest....if there's a negative star I would have selected that. Unfortunately Google review doesn't have that.
Horrible to buy from. Sales and technical support lack knowledge of the machines they sell. The sales rep messed up the order and sold us incompatible versions of machines that were supposed to work in tandem. Their technical support assured us that the two machines were compatible and could be used safely together after being given their serial numbers. The worst people on earth breaking every single spamming law out there. Consistently get harassed by their unsigned emails even though I have “unsubscribed” multiple times. Please leave me out of whatever product you are offering.
Worst experience. I reached out in July to Buchi to have my intermittently used, but never the less broken, V-100 pump repaired that I purchased from a distributor (Lab Society); since Buchi's warning states the warranty if void if it's not serviced by them. They requested my address and phone number to direct me to the correct person. I responded with my CURRENT ADDRESS and phone number. I heard nothing back after sending this information so I followed up at the end of July. They asked me for my serial number on 4 different... read more
