There sometimes is some overbooking that creates a short wait, but I don't mind because they always to deal with pressing issues before I leave and I understand why the person ahead of me may sometimes need a little extra time. There is never the smell of excessive cologne. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
