Not very friendly, You paygood money for overpriced things you hope they Would have Is a Customer Service, not necessarily saying that’s the whole entire team there could be some definite good flowers in the bunch but from my couple experiences not gonna go back.
I had such a fantastic time visiting Buchheit of Jefferson City recently. It is exactly the kind of store I love to wander through—they have a great variety of everything from home improvement supplies and tools to lawn and garden essentials. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, making it really easy to find exactly what I need for my DIY projects. It’s rare to find a place that feels so well-stocked and welcoming at the same time. I’m definitely going to be a regular here whenever I’m in the area.
If you're going to put those stupid dye security tags on your merchandise, at least REMEMBER to TAKE IT OFF! If we have to drive all the way back there , we better get a full refund and get to keep the belt it's stuck on for the gas and time to go all the way back! They even spent 5 minutes getting a code to release it and still forgot!!! Update - I called them this morning right when they opened and spoke to a manager.
