A lot of retail stores seem to struggle with customer service. Not Buchheit in Fulton. I visited the store yesterday and had the opportunity to talk to Kade and he assisted me with getting everything I needed with a smile and friendly attitude. If all of their staff is as friendly as he is, I’ll be utilizing their store more often. This store really seems to have made a positive turn around in customer service since they bought it.
