They mow my neighbors lawn. But feel it’s ok to mow all the fall leaves onto my lawn. I have pictures. I’m 62 w back problems and diabetes. That’s a lot of leaves they piled up. I asked them to blow them off and that they could put it in the adjacent woods. They said they would do it. But when I turned and left was told they made an insulting hand signal to my back. I live at the Reserves in Gastonia. I have had to basically start doing my own area around my townhouse. From blowing off the porch and back patio to spraying because they neglect to miss something every time they come. Beds are never edged, certain areas are continuously missed. Not including throwing grass on vehicles and not even taking the time to blow them off. After pruning last month the place looked awful. Today came home to pine needles put out.
