The other docs are good, the staff is good but Dr.Buchanan is the typical "im rich and im smarter than you" arrogant types. ( even though she screws up a lot, that's ego for ya though)
I called in with a sinus infection and Dr Buchanan made time to see me the same day. She was kind and efficient and I appreciated her no nonsense demeanor.
Please never see Buchanan she is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She called me a liar when I went to see her for help with a ear infection then had me leave. The next day I went to urgent care and they confirmed I did have a ear infection. I don’t know if she just doesn’t want to do her job the right way or what. She is not a good person. Save yourself the trouble and see someone else.
