Dr. Buchanan is very professional, kind, courteous, and pleasant. He always listens and does not judge people. His staff is awesome!!! I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this doctors office. This really is a great group!!!!!
Shout out to Lauren Hickman ! I am a medical assistant of over 20 years and can’t stand going to the doctors office. However, with her detailed care and personable approach with me, I feel like I can go there or call her anytime and she will help me!
I love this place . They all care for you,they listen to your needs and concerns. Dr Buchanan is my head physician but Ashley Bruce is who I see most of the time. I love her ,I've never had a loving caring NPT . She is great.Thank you all for your help
The office staff is rude and will not listen to you. They talked over my words while i was trying to talk to them. Funny, I left this group over a year ago and they have continued to call and leave messages saying i needed a yearly exam. The doctor has Disney decorations all over his exam room walls, yes, all 4 walls. I thought he might child's doctor. I caught COVID and the doctor didn't give me anything but a look of "how stupid can you be." Today i get a certified letter in the mail saying he could not see me anymore HAHA... read more
