horrible. they are turning into ch robinson, tql, king of freight and all the other crummy brokers i dont have time to list. broker incompetence big time and this was the 7th time they refuse to accept they screwed up. itll be a cold day in hell and pretty expensive for us to do anything with them again.

was least on there left over 3 monthes ago and still have not received all my money everytime I call they tell me it will be payed by end of week

I hauled a brokered load by them. Load was picked up on time, as soon as it was picked up broker was updated. Few daye later it was delivered on time to the customer. But than 2 days later Buchanan calls to tell that they reduce my pay. Reading other reviews I see that this is a common practice for this company. Stay away from this company! They will stab you in the back.

He’s a thief! Takes money off the top for project management pluses his percentage, it’s not right, and the drivers don’t know about it!!!!!

Nice and respectful drivers... great dispatchers and awesome office people...all around great company to work for or with... our family is happy to be apart of Buchanan Hauling and Rigging.
