Very unfair company.
Highly DO NOT recommend going above and beyond for this company!! Never canceled a load. Always early, for a distributor that doesn't have apt times, and always early on delivery again for the receiver with NO appointment times and they won't use us for exactly that reason. THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENT TIMES. I asked have we missed a load? NO. We are American, pick up your load, and deliver your load ALWAYS NENVER LATE and you don't like that. They said they guess so.
