We had them come out to fix our air conditioner and it was the capacitor. They fixed that and charged us way to much. Also billed us for things they did not work on. Not calling them again..
Bought a new generator from them. It's been nothing but junk.
We had a water heater issue and they came out, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, and took time to explain what had happened. They were professional and kind. We'll be using them for all our heating, cooling, and other needs.
Buchanan Electric, always willing to go above and beyond... Thank you!
Extremely pleased with quick call response followed by same day service from knowledgeable team. Price truly was fair. Will definitely keep using them. Actually already scheduled my appointment for winter maintenance. Thanks again
