2 gentlemen arrived at my home today from Buchanan electric to install a kitchen light and a fan in the shop. They were very courteous I am speaking about Kaden and Patric. My installation crew did an awesome job. Kaden, Corey and Patric were professional, patient and kept me informed every step of the way. Not one of them had issues with my asking questions, and I had several. The power company dropped the ball several times and that made the job harder and more complicated and made the job run longer but Caden, Corey and Patric never lost their composure. I am most impressed. Obviously the Buchanan owners hire and train their people well.
I had to update my review, for a complete turnkey solution Buchanan Electric completed for my standby whole house Generac Generator with Propane tank. They were AWESOME!!! I am very impressed with the work they performed. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I also appreciated how proactive the team was, from working up the quote, to scheduling, coordinating with D&L and TNMP - and then final execution.
