Prompt response time, service and installation of Generac Home Standby Generator. Promptly provided quote including all sales promotions and rebates, and submitted all necessary paperwork to receive 10 year warranty extension and rebate monies. Both owner and office personnel provided excellent service. Will definitely use Buchanan for future electrical services.

Responded to our installation request very promptly. Will, the electrician, was very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with all the work. Thank you Jeff and crew for a great job.
Had appt at 2 pm today 10-3-25. I called at 2:05. Jeff the owner called to see guys at. They have couple more hours on job. So they can't come today. Why can't come after they are done????? Not right leave people stuck like that. Shitty service.
Great service and was able to fix our electrical panel. Cleaned everything up after them.
