The installation team was exceptional! They were friendly, informative, and clean. They performed all of the steps to install my generator, instead of my calling someone for each portion of the job, like other companies. They walked me through all of the steps to take care of my unit for years to come, and made sure everything, including my app, were up and running before they left. I would only recommend this team when purchasing a generac.

It's been a year since Jeff and his crew installed our whole house generator. Our decision to buy one was based on the fact that we lost power on the regular for the 30 years we've lived here. As we suspected, now that we have the generator we have lost power exactly once for about 2 hours. That said, it was fantastic to hear it kick in without missing a beat.
