My mother was in the ER twice over a weekend. Was having trouble breathing. Was swollen in lower extremities. Called to make follow up appointment from the ER. Called twice for same day appointment as she was told by office staff the day prior..when return call came from the office. Dr. Buchanan proceeded to chastize her about bothering them...stating she was not in CHF .....and he was not changing her meds .....and he would see her at next appointment in APRIL.........APRIL??????
