Expect a 3 plus hour wait to be seen in urgent care, not worth the “convenience” of being in town. Make the drive to Waterloo urgent care and save yourself the wasted time.

Disgraceful how BCHC has treated my family members over the years. It's no wonder I went 30 years myself with undiagnosed asthma. This medical center is negligent and harming patients by not taking their concerns seriously.
