Always a great experience. I especially appreciate the health center with their after hours keys and the pool. Glad to have this facility in our town.
I have had good experiences at this facility on many occasions. I have been to urgent Care several times, I have used the lab services, radiology, infusion clinic, and physical therapy. I have encountered friendly helpful and professional people in all of these departments. We are very fortunate to have this facility in our community.
Yall got some rude people working up in there
Sent me home with an A1c so high their machine couldn't read it and never checked my blood sugar after telling me I was diabetic. 7 hours later I was in the allen er being treated for dka. I'll never set foot in this place again.
Expect a 3 plus hour wait to be seen in urgent care, not worth the “convenience” of being in town. Make the drive to Waterloo urgent care and save yourself the wasted time.
