I was very satisfied with my car purchase. Aiden was very friendly and didn't come across as the" typical salesman". You can tell when people are genuine or not for the most part. I never felt pressured one time and the whole process was quick and easy. Jenna helped Aiden with the paper work since he was a little new and it went very smooth. Do not purchase from this dealership unless you want $2k worth of add-ons tacked onto the deal at the last minute. I drove 2 hours for the sale and I’m still mad I was taken advantage of.
I’m upset with this place, I visited the times and was told I was approved all three times but the the first two times no response on the next steps other than $500 down which I had that and some after my 3rd time with a vehicle trade! The 3rd visit was horrible because I went in to trade mg 2017 Kia but was still asked for a down payment which I only had $200 to my name and they took that and my kia which was sold for $1500+ I cried because I worked hard for this vehicle and paid it in full myself! This is the worst experience I've ever had. They don't even deserve one star. I purchased a truck May 24th. The truck was on their website and when I said that's what I wanted they said it was in transit from the factory and they'd have it in a week or 2. They processed all the paperwork that day. It is 2 months later and still do not have my truck. They cashed my deposit check and I've had to make a payment, which they said they'd reimburse me for and havent. I call or leave messages weekly.
