Our first project with Buchanan Builders was a complicated one: the roots of a towering oak tree had caused a section of our front porch to start separating from the house we'd purchased a few months earlier. The separation crack quickly widened to nearly an inch. It threatened to tear off the roof if a hurricane buzzed by. Buchanan built our home a few years back and was top quality! When we decided to expand and build specialty patio with large outside stone fireplace, bluestone floors and pergolas, we ofcourse went to them for their expertise and excellent subcontractors. We couldn’t be more pleased and continually get comments from golfers as they pass our house. Personal attention to their jobs and communication is the best!
