Buchanan built our home a few years back and was top quality! When we decided to expand and build specialty patio with large outside stone fireplace, bluestone floors and pergolas, we ofcourse went to them for their expertise and excellent subcontractors. We couldn’t be more pleased and continually get comments from golfers as they pass our house. Personal attention to their jobs and communication is the best!

We used Buchanan Builders for a major kitchen and laundry room renovation. They did a wonderful job! Clayton, Liba and Myles were very communicative and responsive. Subcontractors were reliable and respectful. It was our most pleasant experience with a contractor! We love our new kitchen!

We were moving to Amelia Island and purchased a wonderful 15 year old Condo. It was 4,000 sq ft and on the ocean. Consequently, it needed to be renovated and remodeled.
