We used Buchanan Builders for a major kitchen and laundry room renovation. They did a wonderful job! Clayton, Liba and Myles were very communicative and responsive. Subcontractors were reliable and respectful. It was our most pleasant experience with a contractor! We love our new kitchen!
We were fortunate to have Buchanan Builders renovate our home last year. Our home is a home that Clayton Buchanan built for himself and his family in the 2000s, so we were doubly-blessed. We were moving to Amelia Island and purchased a wonderful 15 year old Condo. It was 4,000 sq ft and on the ocean. Consequently, it needed to be renovated and remodeled. We worked with the Buchanan’s to do an extensive renovation to our historic home. Their attentiveness, attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot when unexpected obstacles arose was amazing. Even one year post renovation they have made themselves available to answer questions and check in to assure that we are pleased with the results.
