Unfortunately, this will probably be the last vehicle I purchase from Buchanan in Waynesboro. The sales team was excellent, but the process went severely down hill after this. I purchased a vehicle 35+ days ago. During the process, I traded in my other RAM. The estimated, payoff differed from what the actual payoff was (because or payment timing). I came in and two test drives and three hours later I left with a used car that met all my needs. Couldn't have been more pleased! Everyone I worked with was pleasant, and they all knew their stuff. If you are looking for a used car, I recommend starting at Buchanan - you probably won't need to go anywhere else.
