OMG, REALLY?? I gave Mr Buchanan the model and serial number of my oven over a week ago. He was going to order the part I needed and fix my oven. Well......I heard nothing more..... I called him tonight and he acted like he didn't know who I was. He said he was getting groceries right now then eating supper, for me to call him back later. REALLY??? Told him I'll find someone else! Don't waste your time!
