I wouldn't recommend Rick as he missed a broken window in my condo and when my realtor and I reached out he did not reply. I was surprised because as a professional he has many 5 star reviews. I thought the inspection would have been more thorough and communication and follow up afterwards would have present. He also missed a very bizarre electrical set up from the TV through to the other side of the wall that at the time was behind a dresser. Dissapointed it was not investigated at the time of inspection

Rick showed up early and was very detail oriented. He went through the report and gave us a clear idea of the property condition. He sent us an electronic copy of the report afterwards. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection.

Rick was kind, efficient and a great teacher throughout the entire process of doing our home inspection. He was early to arrive, very insightful of every part of the home and did such a great job at including us in the process. After the process, we wanted to take him out for dinner to thank him but he had to carry on with his day. But that shows you how much we felt appreciative of his time and energy to help us out. Would refer him to a friend or family member in a heart beat. Thanks again, Rick!
