Great sales people but BUYERS BEWARE! Bucci is here for the money and will take any and every opportunity to screw you, especially if you're a first time homebuyer, you will be walking into a lions den. While under my first year of warranty, I spent 3 months arguing and trying to convince them that my toilet had an issue - it turned out that during construction they had dropped a DOOR STOP into the TOILET and this was causing the issues.
