I had a leak that dripped through my ceiling. I called Bucci and they sent someone over and had everything fixed in a few hours. Terry was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was worried about the cost and then found out how incredibly reasonable it was. I can't recommend them enough.

Jim really bailed us out of a pickle today. We had a hot water tank rupture and he was able to come out same day on extremely short notice and replace our tank for a fair and reasonable price.

Jimmie is the ultimate best! I must have contacted 25 plumbers for our frozen pipe emergency on a Sunday. Jimmie came through to provide 🙌 kindness, solutions, and knowledge. It's hard to find truthworthy & honest service providers these days. Highly recommended!

Mr. Bucci was great. My washer was exploding water. I had to shut off our water in the extreme cold and was worried I wouldn't find anyone to come on a Saturday night. Mr. Bucci did and stopped the water from the washing machine connector, gave us good advice, and we were able to turn on our water again. He did not charge us for it either. I am using him for all future plumbing needs :)

Jim was the best plumber I’ve ever had complete any work. He was quick to respond and able to provide an estimate over the phone with minimal effort on my part. Once he arrived he was able to figure out what needed done, explain what he would do, and complete the work quicker than I figured he would take. After he was finished he took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and cleaned up any mess that was made, which was minimal. I will never use another plumber.
