Excellent customer service and great pricing comparatively to everyone else. I called on a Friday and he came from Ellwood City to New Castle Pennsylvania in the same day to change out my hot water tank. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things. Mr Bucci talked me through determining what the problem is on a water tank that wouldn’t heat, and how to solve it (simple reset of a sensor) over the phone to save some money, when he could just have easily made a service call and charged full price for a five minute job. Honest, fast response, and A plus service.

If I could give this company a 6 star rating out of 5 I would do it. Family oriented, professional, fast, efficient, knowledge to do plumbing jobs other plumbers can't or won't attempt. You would be foolish to call anyone else. Additionally, they treat customers like human beings, taking the time to explain thier work and not over charging for unnecessary repairs. Thank you!!!

Jimmie Bucci was wonderful. I just bought my house on 5/16/25 and had hot water in both my kitchen & bathroom sink but not my shower. Could not figure out why. I called him and he right away knew what the problem was. He came out the same day I called & fixed it in 5 mins! I would recommend this fellow to anyone with any plumbing issues. Very professional and polite. He made sure the temperature he set my shower water was good for me before setting it. Even showed me how to unclog hair from the drain I have.
