Company\Owner could care less about tenants, maintenance requests, or helping maintain their properties at Alexander Place Apartments (Royal Oak, Michigan), until you take them to court. They would not even wash the sidewalk when I complained about the obnoxious amount of bird shit leading from my apartment hallway, amongst the other list of things they intentionally ignored during move in.
