It had always been a dream to see Buccellatis jewelry in person. The master Italian house can spend up to about 1 year working on a single piece of ring or bracelet. The staff was welcoming and kind. They allowed me to look at every case on each floor. Their jewelry is so much more skillful and delicate in person. BUYER BEWARE! Horrible Experience! They advised me to order directly with them rather than via eBay, what a mistake! They charged my card, held my money and then told me they didn’t have all the products in stock. They knew it was time sensitive.
