Tracy’s service was simply just above and beyond to the point that I immediately brought a friend back. Out of all the boutiques on oak street I’d say she’s definitely offering THE best tier of service. She’s knowledgeable about the brand and is willing to help you find the piece that matches your personal preference and style. I wouldn’t be able to get this new opera chrysoprase necklace if it wasn’t for her help. If you stop by, you’re guaranteed a wonderful experience with her 🫶
Tracy and John were excellent! Friendly, professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The beautiful jewelry was made even better by the experience. Cannot recommend this store and staff enough!
Best fine jewelry in Chicago, store location has two floors and plenty of street parking. Prime downtown location next to the lake.
Arrived at 5:15pm and store was closed. Not sure why if the hours posted say open until 6pm 😕
