Our experience with the pool up to installation was quick and smooth, with good communication. Once the pool was installed and we were communicating only with the contractors, updates and progress was a bit difficult at times. There were ground compacting delays, landscaping delays, and many times we had to reach out to trades several times to get a reply. Overall, the pool looks great now and we are happy with it.
I have sent multiple requests for information through their website, but have not received any response. I have a santorini pool and wanted to.know what type, brand and size of skimmer wier they used during manufacturing and the pool supply vent type, brand and size. You would think a simple request like this would be actioned and not ghosted.
Overall installation and post handover support has been abysmal. We had damage to our rendered wall, downpipes left unattached and electrics installed in non compliance to the heat pumps manufacturer warranty which states it should not cover the exhaust. Lack of communication and follow ups to resolve the issues have not been successful and I’m extremely disappointed in this company. Will not be using them if we ever get a pool in the future and will advise all friends and family to steer clear.
Just wanted to give shout out to Jack from Buccaneer Pools who made my pool handover very easy yesterday. Very friendly and courteous young man, that even extended me further support to call him anytime if I got stuck and needed help. Thanks mate
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in Perth. They didn't put the pool in the approved council location and did most of the work twice because they failed to install correctly the first time. After putting the pool in the ground, it took them 4 weeks to finish and provide equipment. Every trade left all their rubbish after they completed their scope. The 1 star is because the completion person was efficient, informative and sympathetic. Terrible terrible terrible
